From natural sciences (Muse, Trento) to the Cold War (Base Tuono, Folgaria), from ethnography (Museo degli Usi e Costumi della gente trentina, S. Michele all’Adige) to contemporary art (Mart, Rovereto), without forgetting local traditions (Museo PerVia delle Stampe e dell’Ambulantato, Pieve Tesino) and Trentino personalities such as Fortunato Depero (Casa Depero, Rovereto) and Alcide Degasperi (Casa Degasperi, Pieve Tesino). Any curiosity about this territory rich in biodiversity, culture, history and art can be satisfied in one of the Trentino museums.

Extraordinary architecture

Among the flagships of the Trentino museum network, the MART (Museum of Contemporary Art of Trento and Rovereto), whose headquarters in Rovereto was designed by Mario Botta, houses a permanent collection of works related to the avant-garde of the twentieth century.

In addition to the Fortunato Depero (born in Rovereto), you can admire works by De Chirico, Carrà and Sironi. The Mart organizes and hosts temporary exhibitions very frequently.
